Tools that answer a question instead of capturing a lead

Two tools so far. Both were built because the answer they give is one a homeowner genuinely cannot get anywhere else without paying for it or knowing a roofer.

Why these two first

The roof anatomy drawing is the glossary you need in order not to be at a disadvantage in a conversation with anybody — a contractor, an adjuster, or somebody who knocked on your door after a storm. Knowing what step flashing is, and what happens when it is replaced with a bead of sealant, changes the conversation.

Storm Check answers the question everything else depends on: did a storm actually happen near here, and when. Storm-chasing companies buy that data. It is free, it is public, and it should not take a sales appointment to see it.

What is coming

A leak locator that maps where the water shows up to the likely cause, a roof age and remaining-life estimator, a claim-or-pay decision walkthrough, a gutter sizing guide including box gutters, and commercial flat roof tools. Each will be a page of its own rather than a widget bolted onto a sales page.
